We had our house listed with another Realtor for over six months. We'd had some showings, but not many. I know that was partly due to the market, but also our online pictures were not very good, and other than an online listing and a couple open houses, our Realtor didn't seem to have much to offer. In fact, when I asked him for a more aggressive approach, he told me that no other Realtor locally would do more, unless I found someone who could do extensive staging in our vacant home. Well, when our listing expired, we contacted Laura. When we met with her, she took us through a binder showing what she had to offer. This included hiring a professional photographer, so she had pictures that made our home look its best. She also used a website to collect information from people who'd shown the house to get their feedback so we could find out what they thought as soon as they offered it. In addition, Laura was able to give us informaiton about how many views our listing was getting online. We had an offer to buy at the first open house Laura held. I didn't even know that really happened! I am very satisfied and will recommend Laura to anyone who asks. (I know I've referred to another Realtor, and while I didn't name him, I still want to be clear that I like the guy, and I don't think he did anything bad, necessarily. He just didn't or couldn't go the extra mile like Laura did to make sure all went as well as possible.) (less)

We were first-time home buyers and Laura was able to make everything easy to understand. We would recommend her to anyone we know and will definitely use her for our real estate needs in the future.
