| Hello Past Clients, Potential Clients and Friends. I hope everyone is having a great 2010. Can you believe it is almost the end of June? Where has the year gone? I am trying something new; this is an email version of my newsletter. I’d like to stay in better touch with my contacts and thought this might be a great solution. Each newsletter will be focused on relevant information and hopefully provide some insight into the real estate market. I hope you enjoy this format and find it informative.
You have probably heard that the First Time & Repeat Home Buyer Tax Credits expired as of April 30th, 2010. Did you know there is still an active credit for Military Service Members who were on active duty from December 31st, 2008 through May 1st, 2010? You can read more about this at this link: http://www.federalhousingtaxcredit.com/service_mem.php I would love to talk to anyone that might qualify for this program. In addition there is a $5,000 grant to go along with 100% VA financing at a 4.75% interest rate. Have them call me for more information!
