Laura Soride was patient, understanding, and extremely helpful in
finding me a new home in January 2011. The property I desired was a
short sale scenario with complex seller demands, curveballs, and last
second surprises. Laura walked me through each of the steps with an
incredible amount of patience and professional skill. On December 30th
at 10 p.m., before a long holiday weekend, Laura put together a complex
offer and communicated it to myself and the selling agent. Although the
seller was unreachable and being difficult, I couldn't help being amazed
at Laura's drive and commitment. What impressed me more than anything working with Mrs. Soride was that she was HONEST. I couldn't take the time I wanted to visit every property. I would check listings late at night and email them to Laura, and I trusted her opinion of the listings. If she said let's go check it out, I knew I wouldn't be wasting my time. Ian D.
